Originally from Spencer, Dr. Patten graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly with a bachelor of arts degree in biology. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in Iowa City before receiving a commission in the United States Navy Dental Corps. In the Navy, Dr. Patten completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Naval Hospital Great Lakes. He served two years aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt and one year at Naval Dental Center Mid-Atlantic in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Patten is married to Dr. Corrie Patten, a pediatrician at McFarland Clinic PC in Ames. Together they enjoy spending time with their three children as well as friends and family.
Originally from Atlantic, Dr. Good graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor of science degree in distributive studies. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Following graduation, he completed a one-year general practice residency with the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Throughout his career in family practice in Ames, Dr. Good has completed over 1500 hours of continuing education with an emphasis in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Good is married to Nancy Hibbs-Good and together they enjoy golf, ballroom dancing, walking and bicycling.
Originally from Nevada, Dr. Cahill graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Kinesiology and Health before venturing out to Chicago for dental school. Dr. Cahill attended the College of Dental Medicine-Illinois in Downer's Grove, Illinois. She loves being able to spend time with each of her patients and form relationships. In her free time, you may find Dr. Cahill outside running, teaching group fitness classes, or at the dog park with her rescue dog, Zeke. She is excited to be back closer to home serving the greater Ames community and is looking forward to starting her family here where she grew up.
